ManyEditFavicon Generator
Make the icon files a website needs from one square image. Nothing is uploaded.

A square image works best. Other shapes are centred and cropped to a square.
Icons for your website and apps
Browsers show a small icon, called a favicon, in tabs and bookmarks. Phones and tablets use larger icons when someone saves your site to their home screen. This tool makes every common size from one image.
Add the favicon.ico and PNG files to the top folder of your site. Then add link tags to your page's head pointing to them.
Questions
Which file should my site use?
Browsers look for favicon.ico by default. The PNG and touch icons give sharper results on high-resolution screens and phones.
Why does my image look cropped?
Icons are square. Non-square images are centred and trimmed to fit, so keep the important part in the middle.
Is my image uploaded?
No. The icons are made in your browser.
